Cashroom Controller is a complete cash management software solution to manage the day to day operations of retail cash offices with a unique web-based Software-As-A-Service hosted solution which connects to a variety of cash counting devices.
Introduction
Cash office productivity is significantly improved using the easy-to-use web-browser interface that enables cash office staff to manage tills, safe contents and balance cashiers as well as manage bank deposits and change orders. Cashroom Controller reduces risk by enabling greater control of the cash office environment.
The system allows head office to enforce common controls and procedures across all locations. In the event that a procedure or control is not followed, designated head office staff can automatically receive an e-mail alert documenting the incident.
Installation options
The software is a centralized application using a single open database. The data can be used with off-the-shelf business intelligence tools to help reduce cash holdings and risk, forecast trends and gain greater visibility into your store operations.
Cashroom Controller is available as either an in-house system running in your central data center or as a hosted ASP (application service provider) solution.
When hosted the web application is deployed on multiple redundant servers running in a secure environment with firewall protection and intrusion detection and data is encrypted to ensure that your transactions cannot be intercepted in transit.
Flexible Setup, Reporting & Data Export
Cashroom Controller gives you the flexibility to create locations, employees and reporting levels as needed to suit your corporate management and reporting structure - from individual store reponsibility to area management and overall corporate views.
Detailed audit trail reporting of all system activity and detailed cash balance/breakdown reports are available in industry standard spreadsheet and PDF formats - all through the browser frontend with no need for installed office suites on local PCs.
